Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled English Teacher to inspire students in developing strong language, literature, and critical thinking skills. The ideal candidate will foster a love for reading, writing, and communication in an international classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons in English language and literature aligned with international curricula (e.g., Cambridge/IB or equivalent)
- Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and analytical skills
- Encourage discussion, interpretation, and creative expression
- Assess and monitor student progress with regular feedback
- Integrate diverse literary works from global perspectives
- Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Literature, or related field
- Teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent)
- Experience teaching in an international or multicultural environment preferred
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
